As a Risk & Independence - Impact Filter Team - Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity, developing and implementing policies to validate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will reinforce the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting risk analysis and compliance reviews to identify potential areas of concern and recommend improvements
  • Monitoring compliance programs and providing oversight to validate adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to promote a culture of integrity and ethical business conduct
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
  • Designing and delivering compliance training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance issues and support risk management initiatives
  • Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to anticipate and meet their needs
  • Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide advice and solutions for enhancing internal controls
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
