As a Risk & Independence - Impact Filter Team - Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity, developing and implementing policies to validate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting risk analysis and compliance reviews to identify potential areas of concern and recommend improvements

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
