- You bring 2-4 years of experience in consulting, audit or the insurance industry (e.g. claims, operations, risk or finance)
- You take ownership of your workstreams, delivering high-quality and structured outcomes
- You analyse complex topics and translate them into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- You engage confidently with clients and contribute to building trusted relationships
- You collaborate effectively, share knowledge and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
- You demonstrate a strong learning mindset and proactively develop your expertise in risk, regulation and transformation topics
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing different priorities
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with full professional proficiency in English
