Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public health, development studies, or a related field, Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years working experience. Experience in nutrition field will be added advantage

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Coordination and Operations
  • Coordinate with the provincial team, facilitation centers (FCs), and support departments to ensure smooth implementation of programme activities and quality service delivery.
  • Support the overall management of field operations by maintaining effective communication with field teams, administrative staff, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders, line departments, implementing partners, and donors.
  • Coordinate with senior staff to identify operational challenges and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support to field teams to resolve operational issues and improve programme efficiency.
  • Ensure facilitation centers maintain a safe, functional, and organized working environment in accordance with IHHN and donor standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and donor requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
  • Administration and Logistics
  • Supervise inventory and stock management, ensuring adequate availability of programme supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor stock consumption and compile weekly and monthly reports on consumables and supplies.
  • Generate timely supply requests based on programme needs and coordinate procurement requirements with the Procurement Officer.
  • Identify vendors, obtain the required quotations in accordance with procurement procedures, and facilitate procurement processes.
  • Maintain updated records of fixed and non-fixed assets and ensure proper asset tracking.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of utility bills, repair and maintenance payments, and petty cash reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate operational records in line with organizational standards.
  • Information Management and Data Quality
  • Oversee the implementation and proper utilization of Information Management (IM) tools across programme sites.
  • Monitor data quality by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain programme databases, reporting systems, and information management platforms.
  • Analyze programme data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and key performance indicators that support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Generate routine reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical summaries for programme management and donors.
  • Collaborate with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) teams to support data verification, reporting, and preparation of programme reports.
  • Provide on-the-job training and technical support to field teams on data collection tools, reporting systems, and information management procedures.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of accurate information.
  • Recommend improvements to data management processes and reporting systems to enhance programme efficiency and performance.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Share regular operational and information management updates with the line manager and Head of Department (HOD).
  • Prepare and submit timely operational, administrative, inventory, and information management reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
  • Initiate communication with relevant departments to address operational issues, complaints, and opportunities for service improvement.
