We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen our legal team. You will play a key role in the management and steering of high value-added legal missions. Your main missions will be:
- Support clients in their restructuring operations and complex legal setups
- Legal advice in corporate law (creation, dissolution, liquidation)
- Management of clients' legal secretariat
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of legal acts (contracts, articles of association, shareholder agreements, minutes...)
- Monitoring and management of legal formalities related to company life
- Active legal watch and proposal of innovative solutions
- Contribution to cross-functional missions related to the firm's activity
- Supervision of junior profiles and interns
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Master's Degree in Private Law, ideally in Business Law or Corporate Law
- Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or law firm
- Mastery of Moroccan business law and ability to independently manage complex cases
- Good understanding of international legal standards
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Rigor, proactivity, team spirit, and ease in a demanding and multicultural environment
