Your day-to-day could include:
- Leading the delivery of finance managed services engagements, ensuring work is delivered to agreed quality, scope, risk and commercial expectations.
- Managing recurring finance activities such as month-end support, reconciliations, management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow visibility, and board or trustee reporting packs.
- Partnering with PwC Partners, client relationship teams and specialists to support senior client conversations and maintain client confidence.
- Coaching and developing delivery team members, including workflow allocation, quality review, feedback and capability building.
- Supporting continuous improvement through standardised processes, controls, approved tools, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- Significant senior experience in finance, accounting, commercial advisory, finance operations or managed services.
- Strong understanding of finance function delivery, including month-end, reconciliations, management reporting, cash flow, variance analysis, board reporting, controls and process improvement.
- Experience leading client-facing finance delivery across multiple engagements, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage expectations.
- Commercial confidence across scope, resourcing, WIP, recoverability, billing, margin performance and improvement actions.
- Experience leading and coaching finance, accounting, operations or delivery teams.
- Openness to technology, automation, analytics and AI-enabled ways of working.
