At PwC, we are looking for a Consultant to join the Financial Consulting team specialized in the Banking and Insurance sector. The selected person will participate in transformation projects, process analysis, financial regulation, risks, operational efficiency, and business model improvement for market-leading entities. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, in a dynamic, innovative environment focused on continuous professional development. Participate in consulting projects for banking and insurance entities, including: Transformation of risk models, regulatory compliance, and internal control. Optimization of financial and operational processes. Implementation of efficiency models, data quality, and regulatory reporting. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, prepare high-impact documents and presentations for the client. Support the definition of strategic solutions and recommendations. Prepare reports, business cases, and models to support decision-making. Collaborate in the preparation of commercial proposals and sales materials. Interact with clients to gather information, validate findings, and present results. Actively contribute to continuous learning within the team and the improvement of internal methodologies.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Law, or similar studies.
- Master's degree in finance, risk, consulting, or equivalent is valued.
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting in related areas within banking or insurance.
- High level of English.
