Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships and incidents with precision. We are looking for: Project Manager – Time Management (Replicon). Your future role involves leading the end‑to‑end delivery of a cloud‑based timesheet tool across a global organization, acting as the primary liaison between global stakeholder groups, territory teams and the third‑party vendor to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing planning, execution and delivery phases while maintaining accountability for objectives, risks and timely completion of deliverables, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating regular status reporting to the leadership and stakeholders, and driving cross‑functional collaboration enabling successful deployment and adoption of the solution.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in IT system/software development and project management processes.
- Experience working with agile methods and both onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong organization, discipline and attention to detail.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and sponsors.
- Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects.
- Experience with Project Management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, O365).
- Experience implementing Replicon projects will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Your current location within the territory of Poland.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis or Management Information Systems.
- PMP or CSM certification.
