The primary role of this position is to handle new connection and reconnection requests from domestic customers. It involves assisting customers in completing application forms and coordinating with immediate supervisors and relevant sections to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
MBA with at least 1 year of experience.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective domestic customers on the process of applying for new connection and receiving the application forms along with prerequisite documents.
- Perform the basic check on completeness of application forms and ensure that customer has submitted the required documents. Forward the documents for generation of CC&B ID.
- Assist in initiation of physical survey of the site where new connection is required and after completion of the survey, submit the survey report to zonal manager for further decision.
- Assist in conducting physical survey of existing domestic customers’ reconnection requests.
- Assist in document scrutiny of both existing and new connection requests.
- Assist in generating demand note for new connections and handing over the demand note to the customers for payments.
- Process the applications for shifting of meter location on same premises of the customer.
- For reconnection requests, guide the customers on clearance of outstanding dues and forwarding to survey section for survey report.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
- Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
