This position aims to assist in formulation and execution of strategic initiatives for boosting commercial sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and playing a vital role in SSGC's overall success.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
MBA with at least 1 year of experience.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Guide the prospective commercial customers on the process of applying for new connection and receiving the application forms along with prerequisite documents such as Trade License, property documents, load undertaking etc.
- Assist in detailed scrutiny of application forms and documents that customer has submitted with the application forms.
- Assist in conducting the physical survey at the site where a new connection is needed, and prepare a survey report that includes analysis and meaningful insights. Assign the cases to respective surveyors for on-site visits, and upon completion of the survey, analyze the report for approval or disapproval of the application forms.
- After completing the documentary process, generate customer IDs in CC&B for customer care and billing purposes.
- Perform a physical survey of existing disconnected customers and generate CC&B bills for cases that are approved for reconnection.
- Generate periodic reports covering new connection and existing reconnection requests, approvals, survey reports, etc.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
- Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
