As a Manager in Advisory, within the IFS - Information Technology (IT) specialization, you will be responsible for executing IT and quality control tests (design and operational effectiveness) to ensure compliance with established standards. This role involves preparing teams for internal and external audits, ensuring that evidence is complete, validated, and correctly organized. You will monitor, document, and follow up on gaps, deficiencies, and findings until their remediation and closure. Maintaining updated compliance reports and dashboards for key stakeholders is also a crucial aspect. You will continuously collaborate with IT, security, risk, and audit teams, providing support and responding to compliance inquiries.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in compliance, IT audit, ITGC testing, QMS testing, or risk management.
- Proven experience in end-to-end control testing (design and operational effectiveness).
- Knowledge in evidence management and preparation for audits.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and explain control requirements.
- Familiarity with control and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITGC, ISO, SOC).
- Understand the importance of correct information management.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
