Responsibilities include program management, stakeholder engagement, & implementation of workforce foresight methodologies driving organizational decision-making. Translating strategy into programs, operating rhythms, and repeatable delivery models. This role offers significant opportunities in **strategic planning** and **workforce intelligence**.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • **Minimum Experience Required:** 4+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning in multi-cultural teams, workforce analytics, foresight methodologies, or business intelligence functions supporting executive leadership.
  • Change management Experience working with SOPs, KPIs and contract management.
  • Excellent organizing skills.
  • Program and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong people management skills across cultures.
  • Advanced English skills (both written and verbal).
  • **Certifications Preferred:** Project Management Professional (PMP), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), or similar certifications.
  • **General Requirements:** Understand the importance of having correct information management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
  • Correct Information Security Management.
