- Participating in organizational transformation and change management projects related to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and its application in the field of organizational transformation.
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative information to identify opportunities for improvement and formulate valuable recommendations.

Como parte de nuestro equipo, colaborarás en proyectos orientados a ayudar a nuestros clientes a afrontar sus principales retos relacionados con personas, organización y transformación empresarial. Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:
- Participar en proyectos de transformación organizativa y gestión del cambio relacionados con la adopción de la Inteligencia Artificial y su aplicación en el ámbito de la transformación organizativa.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Essential Requirements:
- Degree in ADE + Economics, ADE + Engineering, ADE + Data Science, STEM Degree + Master in Organization / HR, or similar.
- 1 year of experience in P&O consulting.
- High level of English.
