We are looking for a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in business consulting to participate in strategic and transformation projects. The selected person will work in dynamic environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients from various sectors.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market studies and sectoral analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop strategic plans aimed at improving competitiveness and business growth.
- Design and implement programs and projects aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage initiatives related to European funds, including call analysis, proposal preparation, and execution monitoring.
- Participate in the creation and operation of project management offices (PMO), ensuring correct planning, control, and reporting.
- Drive process improvement through optimization and operational efficiency methodologies.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business consulting or related fields.
- Knowledge of data analysis, report preparation, and executive presentations.
- Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Valuable experience in projects financed with European funds and in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
- High level of Excel and analysis tools; proficiency in Power BI or other visualization solutions will be valued.
- Professional English.
