Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Job Purpose
To manage and supervise administrative operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth execution of support services, security, housekeeping, transportation, facility management, and compliance with company policies to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Facility Management
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the factory and offices.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of plant buildings, offices and common areas.
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Monitor utility services including electricity, water, gas, and communication systems.
Security Management
  • Supervise security operations, access control, and visitor management.
  • Ensure implementation of security policies and emergency response procedures.
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Transport Management
  • Manage company transportation of Staff & workers, vehicle allocation, and driver scheduling.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company transport policies.
Housekeeping & Janitorial Services
  • Oversee housekeeping staff and outsourced service providers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
  • Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices.
Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for administrative services.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service-level compliance.
  • Process administrative purchase requisitions and service contracts.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives and audits.
  • Maintain administrative records, licenses, permits, and statutory documentation.
Budget & Cost Control
  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of the administration budget.
  • Control administrative expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports on administration-related expenditures.
Employee Support Services
  • Manage accommodation, travel arrangements, and guest house operations (if applicable).
  • Coordinate employee welfare activities and administrative support services.
  • Handle employee administrative concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in facility management, security, transport, and vendor management.
