As an Experienced Accountant (senior associate) at PwC, you will act as the point of contact for the customer and bear responsibility for the planning and completion stages of the audit of the financial statements. You will also conduct tasks aimed at auditing your customer's internal control measures. You will be responsible for supervising the teams and ensuring their duties are carried out. You will coach less experienced colleagues and assess their performance. Furthermore, you will work closely with PwC professionals from other disciplines, such as our IT people, actuaries and valuation experts. You will work four days a week and attend lectures for your Master's/post-Master's on Fridays. You will be working with different teams. The size of the team can variate depending on the client from 2 till 10 people. The team exist out of Partner/Director till starter. Everyone on the team has their own responsibilities in order to sign at the end the annual report.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Obtained a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences (a degree in Business Economics is preferable but not essential).
• Currently doing the Registered Accountant study programme.
• At least two years’ work experience in the audit practice, preferably in the financial sector or it is your ambition to work in this sector.
• Good command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Good project management (planning and control) skills.
• Effective communicator, good social skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Ambitious, talented and driven.
