Eligibility / Qualification Required:

You will develop a deep understanding of our services and business requirements, ensuring that the support model, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational level agreements (OLAs) align with customer expectations. Gain hands-on experience with various Azure services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for platform improvements. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, automation, or a related role.
