Join the growing Transport team in PwC Ireland's Government & Public Sector Consulting practice, to help reimagine transport services and deliver on the major investment programme that’s already underway. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and shaping the strategic direction of PwC's transport practice. You will lead complex programmes that will deliver lasting improvements for citizens, and contribute to environmental goals. You will bring deep knowledge of Ireland's public sector and political context, exceptional stakeholder leadership, and a proven record of successful delivery in complex, infrastructure-intensive environments. Government Consulting and
Public Sector Advisory in
Ireland.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A recognised University Degree with 10+ years' experience in management consulting or senior public sector roles, particularly in the Transport sector.
- A strong track record in business development, client relationship management and winning major transport or infrastructure contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to identify, shape and convert business development opportunities.
- Deep understanding of two or more of the following capabilities: Operating Model Design, Public Sector Procurement, Transformation Delivery, Programme Management or Change Management.
- Knowledge of the challenges the Transport sector is facing in the context of the wider Irish government agenda.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities at senior levels.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree, MBA or relevant professional qualification.
- Existing network of senior relationships across the transport and/or broader public sector.
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
