PwC’s Digital Identity & Access Management portfolio spans strategy, implementation, and managed services, providing an opportunity to lead engagements end-to-end — from defining IAM strategies and targeting operating models to implementing enterprise and cloud-based IAM solutions. This role involves delivering Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.), defining IAM strategies and frameworks, designing and implementing secure IAM systems architectures, and developing IAM blueprints and technical patterns. You will embed IAM security principles into system architecture design and develop identity management governance plans. The role also includes understanding regulatory environments, performing IAM periodic reviews and audit activities, providing solutions for platform stability, and supporting sales and business development.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent education.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc ), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation.
- Hands-on experience: With one or more of the following: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft etc.
- Essential Skills:
- Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc).
- Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff.
- Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS.
- Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment.
- Demonstrated track record as a team player.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills.
