In PwC's data engineering, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Data & Analytics projects, including data collection, processing, analysis and modeling.
- Experience in positions such as senior data engineer or data scientist;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R and SQL;
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, probability and quantitative methods;
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras and PyTorch;
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn and Plotly;
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB);
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark;
- Additional knowledge in languages such as Julia or Matlab is a plus.
- Academic Background:
- Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
