As a Contracting Risk & Independence Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Office of General Counsel (OGC) by overseeing contracting processes and confirming compliance with risk and independence standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies, driving operational excellence and delivering quality results.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with key stakeholders to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
