In this role, you will be part of the Local Support team in Rotterdam and work with six colleagues. Together, you will provide on-site IT support. Additionally, you may occasionally be deployed to offices in Breda, The Hague, Eindhoven, Utrecht, and Maastricht. You will work in a young team with enthusiastic colleagues, and together you are always looking for a successful end solution for the organization and colleagues. You will answer service questions at the service desk, via email, chat, and our ServiceNow ticketing system. You contribute to special projects, such as migrations of new laptops and/or iPhones. You provide 1st line support and maintain Activity-Based Working workplaces and high-tech meeting rooms.
Monthly, you will be available one week per month for on-call duty, naturally with compensation. Good to know: The IT service desk is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00. To provide the best possible service, we have an on-call service where colleagues can reach us for emergencies. This is on weekday evenings and for part of the day on weekends. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have HBO work and thinking level.
- You possess good communicative and organizational skills.
- You are service-oriented.
- Your administrative skills are well-developed.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- It is a plus if you have experience in IT support/IT workplace management.
- You have experience with AV resources.
