We are actively searching for a talented Senior Consultant to reinforce our dynamic Management Consulting FS team. This role offers the opportunity to participate in high-impact consulting projects for general management, focusing on the transformation of financial institutions across various sectors including banking, insurance, leasing companies, microfinance, payment institutions, central banks, and emerging fintechs. Key responsibilities encompass the design, strategic deployment, and meticulous implementation of critical transformation programs and Strategic Plans. This involves developing comprehensive roadmaps, project oversight, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing robust steering mechanisms. The Senior Consultant will be instrumental in framing missions, guaranteeing the impeccable quality of deliverables, and ensuring paramount client satisfaction. This strategic role also involves conducting complex analyses related to growth, transformation, performance, and innovation, alongside detailed market studies and national and international sectoral benchmarks to illuminate and guide decisions on transformation, innovation, and market differentiation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Master's degree from a top business school (grande école de commerce) or an engineering degree.
- Confirmed experience of 4 to 7 years in the field of consulting or within financial institutions in strategy, transformation, or innovation departments (covering retail banking, CIB, insurance, payments) on subjects such as strategy, transformation, organization, Operational Excellence, Human Capital, and Change Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively support demanding clients.
- Perfect communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in supervision and a genuine passion for teamwork.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and relational skills, embodying a true consulting posture and comfortable operating in complex and demanding environments.
- In-depth knowledge of new technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
- Mastery of the key challenges faced by financial institutions, such as compliance, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) considerations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Desired certifications: PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating rigor, organization, methodical approach, as well as proactivity and tenacity.
