The Managed Services Growth & Transformation Team in the CEE region focuses on designing, implementing and scaling modern operation model that supports the delivery of managed services. We combine business, technology and operational perspectives to deliver efficient, repeatable and scalable solutions that address market needs. We support the growth of the Managed Services offering through go‑to‑market and go‑to‑network initiatives, the development of management information, and the delivery of large‑scale transformation initiatives across the Central and Eastern Europe region. Operating at the intersection of sales, solution design and service delivery, we strengthen operational coherence and enhance the competitiveness of PwC Managed Services in the CEE region. This role is a key opportunity to drive business transformation and operational excellence within a leading consulting firm.
Your future role will involve acting as a close partner and right hand to the MS leadership in day-to-day management of the area, managing headcount and budget reporting, forecasting, supporting decision-making processes through independent ownership of topics without the need for close supervision, preparing and coordinating management and operational reporting, including regular status updates and ad hoc analyses, working systemically on improving reporting processes, tools and data standards across the unit, developing and maintaining consistent reporting formats and presentation standards (Excel and PowerPoint), preparing materials for management calls, status meetings and performance reviews, cooperating closely with internal teams and stakeholders in Poland and internationally, actively leveraging automation and AI-based tools to increase efficiency, quality and scalability of reporting and analysis, and ensuring high quality, accuracy and timeliness of data and clear, structured communication. This position offers a chance to apply advanced analytical skills and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience in a managerial or senior coordination role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, including working with large data sets.
- Very good PowerPoint skills with a focus on clear, management-level storytelling.
- Fluency in English enabling effective participation in meetings and preparation of professional materials.
- Enthusiasm, openness and strong communication skills, with confidence in using English in everyday professional communication.
- A structured, proactive and hands-on approach with high ownership of assigned topics.
- The ability to work independently and partner closely with senior stakeholders.
