Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- **Required Knowledge/Skills:**
- **Education:** Preferable related to the business & area: Finance, Business Administration, Public Accountant or any numeric field.
- **Experience:** +2 years in Administrative &/or reporting, control roles. Experience in process improvement is a plus. Interested in an administrative & control role at long-term; not technical in accounting, finance or economy.
- **Language:** English advanced both oral & written. Will be exposed to participate in meetings with US stakeholders.
- **Digital tools:** Excel intermediate. Nice to have or open to upskilling: PowerBI or Alterix.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, client service (SLA 24-48hs), proactive, autonomous, detail oriented, well organized (several trackers), flexible to change & multicultural teams.
