The main purpose of this position is to compile, reconcile analyze and prepare reports. Review complaints received from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and liaise with the concerned departments to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
MBA / ACCA with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Review complaints received from OGRA and identify the concerned departments from whom to obtain the response on each point of the case.
- Enter data in the complaint register and prepare memos for the concerned departments for their comments in order to update the database.
- Submission of papers to OGRA along with signed responses and update data accordingly in the register.
- Preparation of pending list of complaints along with the age on a weekly basis and send it to the concerned executives for further follow-up and reconciliation as per SSGC with OGRA record.
- Preparation of memo to sensitize seniors along with the list of cases for over-aged cases.
- Preparation and submission of provisional, marketing, and renewal of licenses memos to the concerned departments of CNG stations.
- In compliance with Third Party Access Rules 2018, obtain capacity information on a monthly basis from Transmission, Distribution Karachi, Distribution Interior Sindh and Distribution Balochistan, to upload on the SSGC website.
- In compliance with License Condition No.15, obtain monthly SMS wise Gas Analysis reports.
- Preparation of Letter to forward the monthly SMS-wise Gas Analysis report to OGRA.
- Provide copies of cases when required by the concerned department and maintain filings of each license condition.
- Comply with the risk management framework.
- Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
- Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded and managed in a timely manner.
- Receive appropriate training in risk management.
- Undertake any other task assigned by immediate supervisor.
