Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Advice on financial regulations to banks, fintechs, payment institutions, ESIs, asset managers or insurers.
• Analysis of applicable regulation: MiFID II, PSD2, AML/CFT, CNMV, Bank of of Spain, DGSFP, EBA or ESMA regulations.
• Support in authorization, registration or modification requests before supervisors.
• Review and preparation of internal policies, compliance manuals and regulatory procedures.
• Participation in anti-money laundering projects: KYC, due diligence and manual review.
• Review of financial contracts, pre-contractual documentation and general conditions.
• Support in regulatory due diligence in M&A operations or investments in financial/fintech entities.
• Preparation of responses to supervisory requirements.
• Preparation of legal reports, memoranda, presentations and regulatory alerts.
• Monitoring of regulatory developments and impact analysis for clients.
• Degree in Law, Law/Business Administration or similar.
• Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
• Experience in financial regulatory law.
• Teamwork ability.
• Initiative.
• Good level of English.
• High communication skills, innovative person with great analytical capacity.
• Business-oriented.
• Proactive, dynamic and flexible.
