As a Healthcare Professional - Engagement Ambassador - Exp Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements and projects within our Advisory practice. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on risk management, helping clients navigate complex challenges and develop strategies to manage risk effectively. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients, providing valuable insights and solutions that drive their success. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- What You Must Have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients
- Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Familiarity with advanced Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRMs
- Excelling in compliance advisement and oversight
- Handling confidential information with discretion and business ethics
- Reviewing contracts and mitigating contractual risks
