The Role of the Sales Manager As Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sale and marketing plan that encompasses both new and existing accounts. Your main objective will be to exceed revenue targets through various strategies, including outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking. Our event facilities, with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of events. SPA and Wellness Nestled within our establishment, our world-class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room designed exclusively for female guests. Knowledge and Skills Three years previous experience in Luxury Hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills. Traveling is a requirement An excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in the English language. Strong planning and organizing skill. Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability. Experience with cluster / multi-properties is an advantage.
