As a Manager in Asset Management and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), you will work as part of a team of problem solvers who solve complex business problems, from strategy to execution.
Your role includes the following core responsibilities:

• Work in challenging and fast-changing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, analyze our clients' business processes, evaluate the best use of SAP solutions, design, build, test, and implement SAP Asset Management and EAM solutions;
• Ability to integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules and other systems;
• Ability to analyze and interpret data from IoT sensors, machine learning models, and other sources to make informed decisions about asset maintenance and performance;
• Emphasize WRICEF design and development, advise our clients on the design and implementation of best practice SAP S/4HANA solutions, and improve their business processes;
• Lead significant tracks in medium or large consultancy and implementation engagements within the SAP S/4HANA suite;
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery;
• Coordinate managed services and act as the main point of contact between the client and internal departments;
• Ensure compliance with operational processes for the client and monitor all contractual and financial components;
• Collect, review, and enter data into SAP and related software to support projects, timelines, and deliverables;
• Promote effective cross-functional teamwork with the ability to delegate responsibilities;
• Maintain strong communication skills to ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and team members;
• Deliver projects within deadlines and effectively manage project timelines.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• A completed bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems or Digital Discipline;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written);
• Minimum ten years of experience in process consulting and SAP implementation in complex project environments, with the ambition to expand your knowledge of various SAP offerings;
• Certified in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management with a thorough understanding of related end-to-end business processes. Additional SAP logistics module certification such as SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution is a significant advantage;
• Strong background in business integration (BI) and deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management module and related technologies;
• You are keen to work on pre-sales and business development areas;
• Experience in leading teams with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with both colleagues and clients and to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment;
• Play an essential role in helping our clients deal with today's challenges, such as transforming digital business models and implementing emerging technologies;
• Additional SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
