As FCU Technology, we provide innovative technological solutions, data analytics and consulting services for global PwC clients, responding to key challenges in the area of Anti Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA and implementation of financial sanctions, etc.). We are looking for an AI Solutions Delivery Manager to join our dynamic R&D team. This role is crucial for leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence to solve complex business problems for our financial services clients, enhancing PwC's technology consulting capabilities in areas like Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Risk Management.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and data-driven solutions, with proven ability to design and implement AI-powered products addressing complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deconstruct business problems and shape AI-enabled solutions, including practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) for commercial use.
- Skills in prioritizing tasks dynamically and leading teams to deliver AI initiatives, applying project management frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on product metrics, user impact, and continuous improvement; confident communicator who secures stakeholder buy-in and energizes teams.
- Preferred: STEM degree (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, automation, or related disciplines).
