We are seeking a Project Manager/Product Lead to spearhead the modernization of banking systems, integrating cutting-edge AI and core banking solutions. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the MVP construction backlog.
- Translate contract scope into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with client SMEs to refine expected agent flows and HITL logic.
- Functionally validate each deployed increment and approve its passage to TEST/PROD with QA.
- Manage feedback from client SMEs and approve the functional acceptance of each deliverable (BRD, UCE, Glossary, Checklist).
- Prioritize and dispatch adjustments.
Requirements and Knowledge:
- Experience as a Product Owner in software environments (ideal banking or complex products).
- Ability to gather requirements, manage backlog, and prioritize by value.
- Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum) and leadership of ceremonies.
- Knowledge of banking processes and translation of business to technical solutions.
- Proficiency in tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro/Lucidchart.
- Experience in AI, legacy modernization, BPMN/UML.
- Certifications such as CSPO/PSPO or SAFe are desirable.
