Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Team player with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To be responsible to assist the Wing Head in managing change requests.
- To participate in improvement of IS PMO processes and procedures.
- To ensure reflection of Information Security principles in concerned projects.
- To update and maintain project / program documents (e.g., project plans, schedules, budgets).
- To participate in embedding project controls (e.g., risk management, quality assurance).
- To maintain cross program dependency matrix.
- To prepare regular status reports for management.
- To participate in testing of defined security features during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
- To maintain MIS of security gaps for various projects after production rollout of project.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by management.
