  Bachelor's in business administration, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, hospital supply chain, or a related industry.

Job Description:

• Execute end-to-end procurement cycles including RFQS, quotation evaluations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Source reliable vendors for medical, surgical, laboratory, pharmacy, engineering, and general supplies.
• Maintain updated records of supplier performance, pricing, delivery timelines, and contracts.
• Coordinate with user departments to understand requirements, specifications, and urgent needs.
• Ensure all purchases comply with hospital policies, audit requirements, and procurement SOPs.
• Prepare comparative statements and ensure technical and commercial evaluations are accurate.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve delivery, quality, or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory balance through coordination with storekeepers and supply chain teams.
• Support annual budgeting by providing cost estimates, historical pricing, and consumption data.
• Liaise with finance for vendor payments and GRN-related documentation.
• Contribute to vendor development and cost-saving initiatives
