The OGC Leader – Vietnam is responsible for leading the Vietnam OGC function and managing all day‑to‑day legal, regulatory and governance matters of the Vietnam firm. The role provides high‑quality, pragmatic legal advice to support the firm’s business objectives while protecting the firm against legal and regulatory risk. This role also serves as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Vietnam firm and leads company secretarial and corporate governance responsibilities, working closely with Territory leadership, MYVN OGC, Risk & Quality, and Global OGC.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Qualified lawyer with a recognised legal qualification and eligibility to practise in Vietnam.
- Minimum 12–15 years’ post‑qualification experience, with strong exposure to corporate / commercial law and regulatory matters.
- Solid understanding of the Vietnam legal and regulatory environment.
- Proven experience operating in a regulated or professional services environment.
Preferred:
- Prior in‑house legal experience, ideally within a professional services or multinational organisation.
- Experience with data protection and privacy governance.
- Exposure to company secretarial or corporate governance responsibilities.
