Our Compliance Solutions department brings together nearly 300 employees specializing in accounting expertise, taxation, and payroll outsourcing. Accounting expertise at PwC, more precisely, involves 130 people, more than 20% of whom are certified public accountants who co-construct tailor-made solutions thanks to a unique collaborative approach, a true trademark of PwC. Our clientele consists of French and international groups wishing to outsource all or part of their accounting and tax processes. In your missions, you will play a central role in client relationship management and the organization of missions, ensuring the planning and monitoring of your work on accounting expertise and tax compliance missions. You will actively contribute to business development by developing service proposals and strengthening support for your client portfolio. You will supervise and support teams, both in carrying out missions and in developing everyone's skills. Notre département Compliance Solutions rassemble près de 300 collaborateurs spécialisés dans l’expertise comptable, la fiscalité et l’externalisation de la paie.

Notre clientèle se compose de groupes français et internationaux désireux d’externaliser tout ou partie de leurs processus comptables et fiscaux. Nous leur proposons un accompagnement sur mesure ainsi qu’une veille réglementaire continue, afin de répondre efficacement à leurs besoins dans un contexte en perpétuelle évolution.

Nos équipes proposent des solutions innovantes et élaborées conjointement avec leurs clients sur des problématiques comptables, fiscales, juridiques et organisationnelles. Nous intervenons dans un environnement digital auprès de nos clients avec une forte dimension internationale.

Vos missions :

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion de la relation client et l’organisation des missions, en assurant la planification et le suivi des travaux de votre sur des missions d’expertise comptable et de conformité fiscale.

Vous contribuerez activement au développement de l’activité en élaborant des propositions de services et en renforçant l’accompagnement auprès de votre portefeuille clients. Notre environnement de travail favorise la prise d’initiative, vous permettant de faire évoluer les offres et d’apporter une réelle valeur ajoutée à nos clients.

Vous encadrerez et accompagnerez les équipes, tant dans la réalisation des missions que dans le développement des compétences de chacun.

Vous serez amené à vous positionner en tant que référent technique sur les missions de votre portefeuille et apte à interagir avec les autres équipes de PwC (Consulting, PwC Société d’Avocats) pour porter une offre globale de services innovants.

En parallèle, vous participerez au développement du cabinet en participant à des projets (formation, amélioration des process, IT, etc).

La pluridisciplinarité de notre réseau vous aidera à optimiser votre approche conseil. Nous assurons aussi le développement de vos compétences techniques et managériales au travers d’un parcours de formation dédié et évolutif selon le grade.

Votre profil

• Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+5 avec une spécialisation Comptabilité, Finance ou Audit (DSCG, Master CCA, ou École de Commerce)
• Vous avez au moins 6 années d'expérience dans un environnement similaire et avez déjà une expérience en gestion de la relation client
• Vous avez une expérience solide en encadrement de collaborateurs
• Vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé sur un portefeuille de clients du secteur immobilier
• Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral et idéalement une seconde langue (allemand ou chinois)
• Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de curiosité, d’adaptabilité et d’esprit d’initiative

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• You have a Bac+5 degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (DSCG, Master CCA, or Business School).
• You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar environment and already have experience in client relationship management.
• You have solid experience in supervising employees.
• Ideally, you have already worked on a portfolio of clients in the real estate sector.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English and ideally a second language (German or Chinese).
• You demonstrate rigor, curiosity, adaptability, and initiative.
