As an External Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information for a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA or Public Accountant
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
