Description:

Services of Officer are required at Human Resources department of QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore.

The job responsibilities of Officer at QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore are:
• Assist in the recruitment of permanent and contractual employees; conduct interviews, new hire screening, background checks, onboarding and orientation as required.
• Assist in maintaining Human Resource Information System records with accuracy and timeliness; compile reports and trend analytical data as required.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees; serve as a resource for all HR related inquiries.
• Participate with Human Resources Team and other departments on internal and organization projects as requested by the supervisor.
• Provide cover for team members in their absence.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Senior Officer /Manager / Head of Department.

Qualification:

• Masters (HR) with Minimum 1 year of relevant experience /Bachelors  with Minimum 3 year of relevant experience

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Master/Minimum 3 year of relevant experience with Bachelors
