Description:

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) has announced job vacancy of `Chief Engineer (Compression)` at Karachi.

The Job responsibilities include:
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and Integrity of compression stations.
• Provide expert knowledge in turbo machinery, Gas Turbines, gas compressors, Gas Generators and Auxiliaries.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to compression/power systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage major overhauls of Turbine engines and compressors, including spare parts and vendor relationships.
• Implement techniques for monitoring equipment conditions, such as vibration and oil analysis.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Company’s HSE&Q Policies.
• Prepare and manage Revenue and Capital budgets for maintenance activities.
• Should be familiar with CMMS System for tracking maintenance and resources.
• Prepare, manage, and optimize maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while meeting operational requirements.
• Supervise maintenance projects to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain technical documentation for maintenance processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 9 Years of experience.
