PwC Technology Acceleration Center Tunisia (TAC), formerly PwC SDC Tunisie, is an offshore company member of the PwC France and Maghreb network, active since January 2021 and located in Tunis. We specialize in IT consulting on various new technologies and innovative solutions (Salesforce, Guidewire, SAP, Microsoft, Data Analytics, Metaverse, AI, Devs... etc).
The mission involves the integration of Workplace solutions into the workstation ecosystem (Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, GPO, remote deployment, Master, EndPoint Security, Windows 11, packaging), native Azure services (Entra ID, Defender...), Microsoft Windows Server architecture (2000 to 2022 / AD, GPO, DNS, WDS, WSUS, KMS…), Windows workstation architecture, virtualization and application publishing. Responsibilities include ensuring the validation and testing of new peripherals, creating, maintaining, and configuring OS bases with Microsoft Intune / Windows Autopilot, mastering the update and deployment of workstation configurations with Microsoft Intune / Windows Autopilot, qualifying package requests and verifying functional requirements for packaging teams, designing, testing, validating, and implementing GPOs and security models for workstations, validating the proper functioning of packages deployed with Microsoft Intune (installation, update, uninstallation, compliance with standards and best practices), designing and developing easily exploitable technical solutions that can be rapidly implemented (scripting, GPO…), writing all standard documents related to the activity (integration documents, acceptance test plans, processes, procedures, operating documents, etc.), providing Level 3 Workplace support (analyzing system problems and providing solutions), and conducting technological watch and proposing areas for improvement to optimize Workplace engineering activities, consulting, expertise, and impact analysis on evolutions. Tools include Microsoft Intune / Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, batch, vbscript, SQL, WQL, VB.NET, InstallShield, Repackager, Windows Installer, PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit, BitLocker, Windows Defender, Forcepoint One Endpoint, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, GPO, Security Groups, Entra ID, Configuration Strategies.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Very good knowledge of Windows 11 environments, the registry base, and Windows operating system configuration tools.
- Mastery of Microsoft Intune (application integration, configuration profile, patch management, compliance strategies and rules, query, and reporting).
- Perfect mastery of workstation management and configuration with Microsoft Intune / Windows Autopilot.
- Knowledge of image creation programs (DISM, …).
- Mastery of GPOs (creation and update of GPOs, WMI filters, security groups, delegations, priorities) and configuration profiles with Microsoft Intune / Windows Autopilot.
- Good skills in remote deployment tools (Microsoft Intune or MECM,...).
- Real mastery of PowerShell.
- Ability to analyze and modify scripts (PowerShell, vbs, wsh, bat …).
- Desired Technical Skills:
- Mastery of workstation encryption tools.
- Good knowledge of infrastructures and networks (AD, DHCP, DNS).
- Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Knowledge of Universal Apps, Modern Apps (Windows 11).
- Knowledge of OS virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V environments).
- Knowledge of MacOS environments would be a plus.
