Your Missions By joining our Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic and varied missions, at the heart of the challenges transforming large companies. You will be led to pilot Supply Chain planning projects, optimize purchasing and supplier management, perfect industrial operations, and revolutionize logistics execution and transport thanks to innovative methods stemming from our expertise and our capacity to innovate. In addition, on each of these themes, you will contribute to the digitalization of operations and the integration of AI.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• By joining our Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic and varied missions, at the heart of the challenges transforming large companies. You will be led to pilot Supply Chain planning projects, optimize purchasing and supplier management, perfect industrial operations, and revolutionize logistics execution and transport thanks to innovative methods stemming from our expertise and our capacity to innovate. In addition, on each of these themes, you will contribute to the digitalization of operations and the integration of AI.
• You will support market-leading clients in all sectors of activity, by intervening on:
  • The definition of logistics and industrial schemes to support their growth and competitiveness
  • The improvement of business performance in full transformation
  • The creation of value through the digitalization of all operations
  • The leadership of organizational, managerial, and cultural change: promoting agility and new ways of working
  • The integration of CSR issues into performance management and investment decision-making
  • The optimization of processes to achieve operational excellence and optimize working capital (BFR)
• You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by assisting on the following topics:
  • Animation and development of our internal and external communication
  • Participation in strategic reflection work (Thought Leadership) to identify topics to position ourselves on
  • Contribution to the development of the firm
  • Participation in business development and responses to calls for tender
• You hold a degree from an engineering or business school or a Master's degree (3ème Cycle)
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or company in a similar environment
• You have excellent command of Supply Chain processes and associated information systems (ERP, APS, WMS, TMS, OMS).
• You have a strategic vision, creativity, and ability to innovate in the Operations function.
• You have strong communication, formalization skills, and the ability to progress in a team.
• You have great adaptability, initiative, and availability for missions in France.
• You are comfortable working in English and French daily (written and oral)
