- Responsible for ADC Reconciliation, particularly Raast Reconciliation and timely handling and resolution of related disputes.
- Responsible to handle Issuance and Acquiring Debit/Credit Cards POS, Ecommerce & International ATM Cash Withdrawal Transaction disputes in timely and effectively is resolved as per Global (Visa, MasterCard & UnionPay International) and Local (Payak) Schemes regulations.
- Responsible to handle ADC related disputes i.e. ATM Cash withdrawal, IBFT, Bill Payments, RAAST & Settlement of ATM Excess / Shortage.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Graduate/ preferably Masters/ MBA
Maximum Up to 30 Years
At least 2-5 years’ experience in POS / E-Commerce Disputes and Chargebacks
