This involves analyzing workforce trends, applying HR strategy best practices, performing long-term workforce planning, and enhancing the overall employee experience. In PwC's business partnering area, you will act as a strategic consultant with business stakeholders, advising on people strategies, policies, and programs to achieve current and future organizational objectives and overcome people-related challenges. You will work collaboratively with the broader HR team to define the Firm's people strategy and priorities, based on an understanding of the business, and influence the organization's alignment and adoption of corporate guidelines.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Requirements:
- Completed higher education (preferably in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related fields)
- Previous experience as an HRBP or generalist HR role
- Experience with multiple HR subsystems
- Technical Knowledge:
- HR indicators and data analysis
- Payroll processes (interface/validation level)
- R&S (Recruitment & Selection), T&D (Training & Development) and generalist practices
- Climate survey and exit interviews
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Differentiators:
- Experience with People Analytics and HR indicators
- Experience in structured corporate environments / consultancies
- Experience in organizational climate, engagement, and transformation
