The COE Team Lead is accountable for the delivery and operations of the COE Team , serving as the primary Level 1 escalation point for client delivery within the Center of Excellence (COE). This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, delivery quality, and strategic growth within our COE team. The successful candidate will combine deep CLM expertise with strong people leadership and operational acumen to scale as the business expands . This role is suited to a legal, legal-tech, or technology professional with strong delivery experience, including legal-tech delivery and operational managers (e.g., DocuSign , Sirion , Harvey, Legora , Icertis, Agiloft ).

Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience in legal, contracting, legal operations, procurement, or legal-tech delivery.
- In-depth, hands-on experience delivering platform implementations on the Leah platform.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams of 10+ people, including direct line management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing operations of a CLM or legal tech delivery team, with a track record of ensuring delivery excellence.
- Project management background essential.
- Strong operational background with experience overseeing operations in line with business growth.
- Ability to advise stakeholders and clients on delivery best practices, methodologies, and process optimisation.
