Eligibility / Qualification Required:

JOB SUMMARY:

• The core responsibility of Manager Cloud Operations is to lead and manage the public cloud infrastructure and services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern cloud platforms, with a strong focus on AI/ML, GPU technologies and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) environments

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of public cloud solutions and services.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of NVIDIA GPU-based Projects and workloads, including:

1. Multi-Instance GPU (MIG) configuration
2. GPU time-slicing and resource allocation strategies

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) environments, including:

1. Installation and cluster setup
2. Day-to-day operations, monitoring and housekeeping
3. Troubleshooting and performance tuning
4. Patching and version management

• Environment security assurance

• Cloud Management Platform Solution
• Strong focus on cloud solution security design and monitoring
• Coordination with clients to understand their requirements and suggest the best possible technical solutions
• Tenants and Clients resources Provisioning, Management, Monitoring, Reporting and Troubleshooting
• Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based solutions and customer engagements.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Regular system monitoring and reporting to be done
• Coordination and working with vendors, Sub Contractors and NOC teams

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 6+ years of experience in cloud computing and infrastructure management
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP)
• Experience working with NVIDIA GPU-based environment

JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES:

• Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud)
• Good exposure to IT infrastructure including servers, storage systems, and data networks
• Ability to manage hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure environment
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
• Experience with AI/ML workloads on GPU infrastructure
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and operations
• Strong troubleshooting in cloud, AI, and containerized environments
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and container orchestration
