About the role: The Director of Spa leads the overall Spa operations, setting the strategic vision for wellbeing while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and team engagement. This role combines business acumen with inspirational leadership, balancing innovation, operational discipline, and talent development in a luxury hospitality environment. As a key member of the Hotel leadership team, the Director of Spa is responsible for defining the wellness identity of the property, driving innovation in treatments and services, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalismâtrue to Four Seasons values and The Golden Rule.
