This Relationship Manager position is based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, within the Meezan Digital Center - Retail Banking Group at the Head Office – Karachi. The role involves key responsibilities such as managing and handling digital customer portfolios, addressing customer queries and providing efficient support, assisting customers with digital accounts and consumer products, including ADC and cross-selling initiatives, and performing periodic KYC reviews, updating customer records, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. This role is crucial for managing customer relationships and digital banking operations in the dynamic retail banking sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute / university.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
