The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. The Role of the Pastry Sous Chef As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Pastry Chef in leading the pastry kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional pastry and dessert offerings that reflect the brand’s excellence, while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. What You Will Do Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the pastry kitchen. Prepare and present high‑quality pastries and desserts in line with brand standards. Support menu development, seasonal creations, and innovative dessert concepts. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control at all times. Supervise and guide pastry team members, providing training and support as needed. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies. Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards within the kitchen. Coordinate with other kitchen and F&B teams to support overall operations. Step in to lead the pastry section in the absence of the Pastry Chef. What You Bring Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert preparation. Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and flavor. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard kitchen environment. Strong leadership and team‑management skills. Good organizational and time‑management abilities. Commitment to quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
