Description:

Services of Senior Manager are required at Operations department of Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh.

The job responsibilities of Senior Manager at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh are:
• Budgeting: To provide functional guidance to campuses management for preparation of yearly budgets, includes CAPEX and OPEX, Regular monitoring through meetings and reporting of implementation of approved budgets. Liaise with head office finance and relevant committees for approval of budgets.
• SMT Meeting: Conduct all campuses SMT meeting as per scheduled and ensure the operational activities being carried as per TIHN standards.
• Departmental Meetings: Regular meeting with head office relevant departments to ensure and provide timely guidance to off-campuses departments.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Development & Implementation of a monitoring toll for network activities & KPl's.
• Operational Audits: Review and provide the feedback of all internal & external audits related. Implement and ensure the closure of audit observations·
• Visits: Quarterly visits of departments to monitor activities/ policy implementations.

Qualification:

• Masters in Business Management or relevant degree with Healthcare Background

Experience:
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in development health sector out of which 05 years in managerial capacity
